Thank you for choosing to shop with Elias Mercantile.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help and happy to assist you. 

Returns will be accepted within 14 days from the receipt of your order.

For hygiene reasons, returns of The Bed Cover cannot be accepted.

Returns cannot be accepted due to change of mind or purchases made on sale or using a discount code.

As the bed heads are customised and made to order, returns and exhanges cannot be made.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, items must be unmarked, unused, in their original packaging in new condition.

Customers will assume the shipping cost for returned items. However, if the return is deemed to be due to an error on our part we will be happy to pay for the return shipping. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

We are a small business so to keep things simple all orders are dispatched once per week. 

Shipping is calculated at check out and shipped via Australia Post.

Once your order has been shipped, items become the property and responsibility of the purchaser.

Should items arrived damaged or the order become misplaced, please get in touch for any order details you may require for you to make a claim through Australia Post. 

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly, once shipped the address cannot be adjusted, shipping cost will be charged again to resend. Refunds or replacements cannot be given for orders missing in transit should the address provided be incorrect.
