A 19th century oak Dutch serpentine front commode. Supurb carving in oak with all original brass hardware and two original keys. Three drawers sit below a magnificently carved solid oak top with scalloped edging. Two front legs are beautifully carved framing the sculptural front of this piece. In wonderful condition for age with a rich patina.
Condition: in good original condition showing signs of wear in keeping with age, one small crack in the wood join on the right hand side of the commode but this doenst affect the strength or integrity of the piece.
